Have You Tried The Poutine?

Poutine - chips, with lumps of cheese curd and covered in gravy. This is a favourite dish amongst not only Quebecians, but Canadians alike. To be honest, I've been having chips on gravy since my days back in Scarborough Beach when there used to be a Red Rooster right next to a KFC..... Red Rooster chips with KFC gravy (the only way to go), and I don't really understand the addition of cheese curd. It's obviously a thing you have to grow up with, like vegemite. Anyhoo.... we tried it and we don't have to eat it again!
