In this Quebecian town where the river freezes over in the winter, they move all these little huts onto the ice and build a village. Some huts are privately owned and people open up a section of the floor and fish through the ice and some huts are shops or cafes.
Are you wondering why they just don't have the village permanently on the side of the river so they don't have to move them twice a year? Yeah, me too.
