The Gift That Keeps On Giving

Jaqcues Chirac gave Quebec this gift when he was in power and it has furrowed a few Quebecian brows. The name of it escapes me, but it is referred to as The Rubrics Cube or sometimes as The Eyesore. There is a whole story behind it that actually sounds as if somebody has made it up to draw attention away from its ugliness. At least in the winter you can't see it.
