Our next stop for the day was to the Sugar Shack. This is one of the 10,000 maple syrup manufacturers in Quebec.
We had lunch in this big hall with long tables and they served traditional Quebecian food - All of it..... omolette, pancakes with maple syrup, pork pie, beans, soup, bread, pork crackling, potatoes, beetroot - I think there was more, but I was in a delerious food coma to notice.
This pic is actually of the sugar shack itself where they harvest the sap from the maple trees.
