This is where we stayed in Kilkenny. It was in a great location - just up the street from all the action. A really lovely couple and their dog, Bob ran the business. The first night we arrived home about midnight after seeing Jape and about 24 seconds after getting into our rooms, we heard what sounded like a bucket of water being thrown from the balcony, right above Madd and Lu's room...... then the dry wretching started. I stuck my head out of my room and asked if she was ok, but was answered with another downpour, so I shut the door and left her to it. Then John, the owner came out - he'd been woken by the noise from his house, right down the back. "Have ye not got a toilet up there?" "Dat's disgusting, you fecking ejit!" Then a few minutes of hose noise and finally the night was calm. Oh..... the youth of today!
