Someone in Shoreditch, London ahs obviously been to Paris and seen their Bridge 'o Love and chhanged up the idea here. I love the wool hearts. Behind this fence was a demolished building..... nice to pretty things up.
I read an article the other day about the locks all over the world (found in Serbia as early as before WWII) and how they are considered by many to be a nuisance and or a bit of an eyesore. Many places ban them totally, some have set up bridges (and iron "trees" in one case) to encourage them.
